This dessert cocktail is perfect for those cold holiday months.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces 1.5 Apple Brandy

  • .5 ounce .5 100 Proof Rye Whiskey

  • 1 ounce 1 Chai Tea

  • 1 Full 1 Egg

Directions

  • Add ice to a coupe or Nick and Nora glass. This will help keep your cocktail colder, longer.
  • Combine all your ingredients into a cocktail shaker tin.
  • Dry shake for 8 - 10 seconds.
  • Add ice to your tin.
  • Shake for 12 - 15 seconds
  • Dump out ice from your cocktail glass.
  • Double strain your drink into your glass.
  • Grate fresh nutmeg on the top of your cocktail.
