by | Mar 23, 2023 | 2 comments

Are looking for a cocktail that is low ABV? What about something that has Amaro has the base of your cocktail?

The Bitter Italian created by Leandro from the The Educated Barfly checks both of those boxes. He specially choose Amaro CioCiaro as the main spirit to hold this drink up.

In addition to CioCiaro, he uses Aperol and a Maraschino Liqueur to give this drink a great complex and well balanced taste.

This is a stirred cocktail, not shaken. I like to dial back the ciociaro to 1 and add .25 Fernet. Delicious.
